We recently built a home and used Tom Patterson as our one stop shop for all of the items the home builder had us independently contract out for. We utilized Patterson for top soil removal, drainage in several areas, running our water and septic lines, and the implementing and subsequent upkeep of our construction drive. After construction was completed Patterson reseeded our lawn and got us grass growing in no time! That was extremely helpful to control mud around the home. I highly recommend using Tom Patterson & Son. They are timely, dependable and reasonable.

Tom Patterson Construction has done tremendous work for me on my farm in Smithfield. Among other things, he cleared land, built access roads, installed water lines and electrical lines, built a pond, and was instrumental in building a log cabin overlooking the pond. The entire area has been transformed from a pasture to a beautiful setting featuring the log cabin and pond. The log cabin is an alpine-style structure with a large deck overlooking the pond. The pond is approximately 60’ by 120’ and 15’ deep. Among other things, Tom cleared the land, dug out the area for the pond, and built an impressive dam, at times using four bulldozers. The pond has three outlet pipes (one vertical and two horizontal) to prevent overflow, and a solid clay base with no leakage. Overall, Tom has done great work on our farm and created a special place that will be enjoyed now and by future generations.
